Install it from that page

Choose Install plugin there. It adds the WeTransfer app to ChatGPT.

You sign in securely with your WeTransfer account — the assistant only ever gets permission to send files on your behalf, and never sees your WeTransfer password. You can disconnect at any time to revoke access.
